Travel Consultant

We are looking for a Travel Agent & Immigration Advisor to join RG Travel and Tours LLC in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel services and immigration consultancy, with strong knowledge of visa processes, ticketing systems, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end travel consultancy including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages. Advise clients on immigration programs, visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for various destinations. Handle ticket issuance, reservations, rebookings, cancellations, and refunds through Amadeus / Galileo or similar GDS systems. Stay updated with immigration policies, embassy regulations, and travel advisories to guide clients accurately. Maintain accurate records of client profiles, travel itineraries, and immigration cases. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth travel and visa processing experiences. Use promotional techniques to market travel and immigration packages to new and existing clients. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Travel Agent / Immigration Advisor in the UAE market. Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS systems. Knowledge of immigration procedures (Canada, Europe, Schengen, etc.) and travel documentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. IATA certification or related training is an advantage.
