Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel and flight reservations through approved booking systems and vendors.

• Handle travel requests for both corporate clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).

• Provide clients with travel options that match their needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Issue, modify, and cancel bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to confirm and follow up on bookings.

• Support clients with travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all travel arrangements in the system.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, and travel partners.

• Negotiate and finalize new contracts and corporate agreements.

• Stay updated on market trends, travel technologies, and airline policies.

• Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and quality standards.



Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in travel booking, customer service, or business development.

• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C travel operations.

• Proficiency in GDS or online booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and sales targets.
