Role Overview:

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, bookings, and advisory services. The role requires excellent communication, knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to create customized travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Handling & Consultation

• Understand client travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Suggest travel options, destinations, and suitable holiday packages.
• Provide accurate information about travel requirements, visa, insurance, and itineraries.

2. Travel Planning & Booking

• Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and vendors for reservations.

3. Sales & Package Promotion

• Promote and sell travel packages, deals, and offers.
• Upsell additional services like travel insurance, sightseeing tours, and upgrades.
• Follow-up with customers to close leads.

4. Customer Support

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Resolve travel issues, last-minute changes, cancellations, or refunds.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth and timely service.

5. Documentation & Admin Tasks

• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, customer profiles, and payments.
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel documents.
• Stay updated with travel guidelines, visa rules, and new destinations.
