Travel Consultant- Inbound Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Consultant (Outdoor Sales) to join our Inbound Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with hotels, DMCs, and corporate clients, and promoting inbound travel services. This role involves field sales visits, contract negotiations, and building partnerships to drive inbound tourism growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing clients including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, attractions, and other tourism partners across the UAE.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels and service providers for room allocations, special rates, and promotional deals.
  • Promote and sell inbound tour packages, excursions, and tailor-made UAE experiences to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the inbound market share.
  • Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Attend travel trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the tourism industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inbound tourism or travel sales (preferably in the UAE).
  • Proven track record in B2B or outdoor sales.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of UAE hotels, attractions, and destination products.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
