Sales and Marketing Manager- Travels

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the travel and tourism sector.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and booking targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and B2B partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present travel packages, itineraries, and promotions to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and destination management companies.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company services.
