Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Postgraduate degree.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls (around 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle service-related calls in a polite and customer-focused manner.
- Exhibit strong listening skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction and transaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through open and effective communication.
- Share accurate and detailed information about our holiday homes and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timelines, following up to ensure complete resolution.
