Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from prospective travellers.

· Understand client preferences and provide customized travel solutions, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.

· Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and conversion rates by effectively closing sales.

· Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.

· Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and insurance, as needed.

· Handle post-booking support, addressing changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction

⬛ Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).

· 1–4 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related role.

· Proficiency in using CRM systems and travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is a plus).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work weekends or holidays, as needed, to accommodate client schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
