Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Our UK-based travel agency with an office in Lahore is hiring Travel Consultants for a full-time, onsite position. Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Hajj, Umrah & travel inquiries
• Provide complete package details and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Assist customers with ticketing, amendments, and travel documentation
• Follow up with clients to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure professional communication with UK clients

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel.
• Skills: Excellent spoken English, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Technical: Familiarity with CRM systems and booking software.
