Treatment Coordinator

The Mission

We are shifting our focus toward life-changing dentistry. Dr. Udunka is looking for a powerhouse Treatment Coordinator to lead our Full Arch consultations. We aren't looking for someone to just "read a treatment plan" we need a specialist who can connect with patients, overcome financial hurdles, and close $20k+ cases.

Our goal is simple: Quality over quantity. We are looking to secure one major "Big Case" per month, providing concierge-level care to patients ready for a total smile transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The "Closer": Lead the consultation process for All-on-X and full-mouth reconstruction cases.

Financial Architect: Present complex $20k+ treatment plans with confidence. You must be an expert in third-party financing to make "yes" easy for the patient.

Patient Concierge: Act as the single point of contact for high-value patients, guiding them from the initial inquiry to the day of surgery.

Lead Management: Follow up diligently with "warm" leads who have expressed interest in dental implants but haven't committed.

Value Building: Effectively communicate Dr. Udunka’s expertise so the patient understands why they are investing in the best.

Requirements

Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of experience in dental treatment coordinating (Oral Surgery or Periodontal experience is a huge plus).

Sales Psychology: You understand that All-on-X isn't about "teeth"; it's about confidence, health, and quality of life.

High EQ: The ability to read a room, handle objections with empathy, and build instant trust.

Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of dental insurance (and its limits) and high-limit patient financing.
