Tree Service Sales Representative – Outside Sales

InfanTree USA is a trusted, professional tree service company based in Daytona Beach-Volusia County.

We’re looking for a self-driven sales professional who knows how to hunt for leads, build relationships, and close deals.

This is NOT a sit-at-a-desk sales job. We need a go-getter who’s comfortable in the field, knocking doors, networking, and owning their sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and generate your own leads (door-to-door, referrals, networking, etc.)
• Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns (Craigslist, Facebook, etc.)
• Perform on-site evaluations and provide accurate quotes for residential & commercial clients
• Educate customers on services: tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm cleanup, land clearing
• Close deals, schedule jobs, and work closely with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in outside sales (tree service, landscaping, roofing, or similar a must)
• Strong closer with a hunter mentality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly motivated and self-sufficient — we’ll support you, but you must make it happen
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• Commission-based
• Top reps can earn $70K–$100K+ annually
• Flexible schedule and full support from our team
