The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing deals with customers, coordinating shipments, and managing drivers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of freight. This role combines sales negotiation, logistics coordination, and team communication to keep operations running efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations & Sales

Communicate with shippers, brokers, and customers to negotiate freight rates and secure loads.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Identify opportunities to expand business and increase load volume.


Dispatching & Driver Management

Assign loads to drivers based on availability, location, and equipment type.

Monitor driver routes, schedules, and delivery progress to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Provide drivers with accurate load information, including route details, instructions, and documentation.

Resolve on-road issues promptly (delays, breakdowns, schedule changes, etc.).
