Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher with 1–2 years of experience in U.S. logistics operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of the U.S. trucking market, and hands-on experience using the DAT Load Board to ensure efficient load management and smooth coordination with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily freight movements and dispatch trucks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers throughout each load cycle.
• Negotiate rates and secure loads via DAT Load Board and other freight platforms.
• Monitor routes, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to all stakeholders.
• Manage driver schedules, documentation, and trip logs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers.
• Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or load cancellations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the U.S. market.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board and other U.S. freight tools.
• Good understanding of lanes, rates, and U.S. logistics geography.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software tools.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
• Location: Zainab Tower, Model Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
