Truck Dispatcher

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Truck Dispatcher to manage and coordinate daily trucking operations. This role includes scheduling and dispatching drivers, maintaining consistent communication with drivers and customers, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time deliveries. The dispatcher will also handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate operational records.

Salary Structure

• Experienced Dispatchers: PKR 40,000 – PKR 60,000 base salary (depending on prior experience)
• Incentives: Commission-based earnings in addition to base pay

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations
• Experience with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Prior experience in trucking or logistics is preferred
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma (professional certifications are a plus)

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: Up to PKR 60,000
• Commission: 10% of gross commission
