Truck Dispatcher – USA Campaign (Night Shift)

Location: Punjab Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore

Role Summary:
Jobizon HR Solutions is hiring a Truck Dispatcher to handle dispatch operations for our USA-based campaign. The role requires managing drivers, coordinating loads, and ensuring smooth delivery operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch loads for USA routes.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Negotiate and confirm loads with brokers at competitive rates.
• Monitor driver locations and delivery status.
• Resolve route issues, delays, and emergencies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with US transportation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a truck dispatcher preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of US geography and time zones.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with dispatching tools/software.
• Willingness to work the night shift (USA hours).
