About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Dispatcher to join our US-based trucking dispatch center. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dispatch operations, excellent communication skills, and strong command of English. You will be responsible for coordinating loads, managing drivers, and ensuring smooth day to day dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and assign loads to drivers efficiently.
• Communicate with brokers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Negotiate load rates and build long-term relationships with brokers.
• Track and monitor the progress of ongoing trips to resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US DOT regulations.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to optimize dispatch performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of dispatch experience in the US trucking industry.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Personality: Confident, organised, and solution-oriented.
• Availability: Willing to work night shifts according to US timings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience) + commision
