Company Overview:

We are a U.S.-based truck dispatching company operating from Pakistan. Our mission is to support American truck drivers and small fleets by providing professional dispatch services, high-paying loads, and reliable back-office support. We focus on building long-term partnerships and helping carriers grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and close leads for U.S. truck dispatching services
• Cold calling and onboarding new clients (owner-operators and small fleets)
• Present service packages, pricing, and benefits confidently
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in truck dispatching, sales, or freight brokerage
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, target-driven, and professional personality
• Knowledge of U.S. trucking operations preferred
• Must work on-site on the night shift
