TempExperts is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates and Tax Attorney with a minimum of 5years of experience to join a growing legal practice in Clearwater, FL. This role offers exposure to complex estate and tax matters, significant professional growth opportunities, and direct mentorship from a seasoned senior partner.

Responsibilities:

• Advise high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
• Assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including trust modifications and tax planning initiatives.
• Take initiative on transactional and deal-related work while managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate as part of a legal team while maintaining strong and professional client relationships.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements/Education:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and trust and estate administration.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Estate Planning LL.M. or Tax LL.M. preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
