TSO (Territory Sales Officer) Karachi

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Meet sales targets while enhancing brand presence and expanding market coverage.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to track competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Ensure consistent product availability and proper display in the assigned territory.
  • Gather and analyze sales data to improve overall performance.
  • Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to align strategies and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (territory sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Must own a vehicle for field travel.
