TSR Lead

We are seeking an experienced TeleSales Representative (TSR) Lead with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will lead our telesales function, driving pipeline generation and prospect engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and scale a telesales team.
  • Develop outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize conversion.
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of telesales leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
  • Proven success in scaling high-performing outbound teams.
  • Strong motivational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
