Job Purpose :

Carry out planning related activities for Turnarounds
Role and Responsibilities :
-
Follow EHS&S rules, policies and TA Work Processes.
-
Identifies/solicits/reviews EHS&S, QA info and requirements, and effective technology to safely and correctly develop TA job packages for complex, non-routine jobs.

Assists in QA/QC/EHS&S compliance audits on site-procedures and EHS&S-Plans.
-
Plan static equipment jobs according to scope of work and site requirement.

Plan FRP activities, providing technical guidance and support to on-site personnel.
-
Develop comprehensive FRP plans, including timelines, milestones and activity sequences.
-
Coordinate and Plan resources such as labour, equipment, and materials efficiently.
-
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
-
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their alignment for planning & smooth execution.
-
Provides Hypo estimation and efficiently uses information on all turnaround cost.
-
Feeds SAP/CMMS with the required resources, equipment, materials, consumables and services and order for long delivery items.
-
Safeguards constructability and maintainability when developing plans.
-
Carries out field checks to verify exact equipment status and job requirement at site.
-
Reviews work orders for technical completeness.
-
Uses, where possible, archived plans for basis of actual plan.

Works with TA Scheduler to ensure job plan steps are accurately incorporated into P6 schedules.

Track progress to analyse contractor performance to identify potential delays.
-
Prepare reports on project status, progress, and performance to management and stakeholders.
-
Performs any other job-related activities as requested by team lead / TA Manager
Education:
-
Two-year associate’s Technical Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
-
7-10 years Maintenance / Turnaround experience is required
-
Minimum 1 full cycle major TA’s as fulltime TA Planner
-
FRP working experience would be added advantage.
Skills:
-
Ability to speak and write English.
-
Excellent maintenance knowledge of Mechanical Static Equipment & FRP.
-
Proficient computer skills: CMMS, SAP, MS-office, Primavera.
-
Good knowledge on international standards like ASTM, ANSI, ASME and API.
-
Good knowledge on static equipment inspection methods and technology.
-
Good knowledge on EHS&S policies, practices and procedures.
-
Study of drawings, Aware of FRP materials, Pipes, Fittings and Joint techniques etc
