Duties

• Develop and implement customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs
• Use innovative learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and engagement
• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions across subjects such as math, science, language arts, or specialized areas like special education or early childhood education
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation
• Assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
• Support students with diverse learning styles, including those requiring additional childcare or preschool experience
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and educational staff to track progress and address concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring, classroom management, or teaching roles with children or adults
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational resources
• Experience working with children, including early childhood education or preschool settings
• Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students and collaborate with parents or colleagues
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster a supportive learning atmosphere
• Prior experience in childcare or working with young children is preferred but not required
