UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
Techforge Innovations is seeking an experienced and visionary UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You will play a critical role in defining and elevating the user experience of web and mobile applications for a diverse range of local and international projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define UX strategies and goals.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and polished visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance product experiences.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proven experience designing responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-platform applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-based or SaaS environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for Flutter or React-based applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with frontend developers.
• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior designers.
