UIUX Designer

UI/UX Designer – (2–3 Years Experience | Mobile App UI)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing mobile app interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, an understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate ideas into smooth, engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality mobile app interfaces (iOS & Android) with a strong focus on user experience.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups based on project requirements.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to refine designs.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful designs.

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.

Ensure designs align with platform guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).

Optimize mobile UI for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Present design ideas and concepts to teams and incorporate feedback.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.

2–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in mobile applications.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.

Ability to design clean, modern, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.

Experience in building interactive prototypes.

Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, spacing.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Portfolio showcasing mobile app UI/UX projects (mandatory).

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

Experience working with agile or cross-functional product teams.

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers.

Experience with user testing tools and analytics.

Familiarity with micro-interactions or motion design.
