UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products for web and mobile platforms.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing where required.
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, usability, and branding across all products.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing SaaS, web applications, or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience working in a software house or agile environment.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
