UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who brings strong visual storytelling skills across digital interfaces, marketing collateral, and video content. The ideal candidate stays current with evolving design practices - including AI-assisted workflows - and can balance creative judgment with smart use of modern tools to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)

The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, ads, direct mail, presentations, email templates, and social media assets grounded in layout principles and brand aesthetics
• Produce and edit video content including product demos, explainer videos, motion graphics, and short-form social content
• Set up and brand company portals, landing pages, and digital properties to align with corporate identity
• Use AI-assisted design and content tools to speed up ideation, asset generation, and production workflows where appropriate
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with the marketing team on proactive ideas that strengthen brand presence
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in modern UI/UX design tools — Figma (including AI features), Adobe XD, or Sketch — with a strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
• Hands-on expertise in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Video editing and motion graphics capability using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney for rapid concepting and asset creation
• Experience with AI-based video editing tools like Runway, Descript, or CapCut for efficient video production
• Comfort using AI writing and productivity assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support UX copy, content drafts, and workflow efficiency
• Solid grasp of modern UI/UX principles for both web/mobile interfaces and print media
• Understanding of user research fundamentals, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design
• Demonstrated experience in video editing and basic motion graphics/animation
• Prior experience working in a marketing agency, software house, or SaaS product company
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies, marketing collateral, and video work with clear evidence of design thinking and problem-solving
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment while meeting deadlines
• Willingness to continuously learn and adopt emerging AI tools as the design landscape evolves.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-to-code prototyping tools (Framer AI, Locofy)
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for design feasibility awareness
• Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Spline)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering for getting quality outputs from AI design tools
• Experience creating design systems or brand guideline documentation
