About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, modern, and user-cantered experiences for our desktop and web-based application. You will work closely with the Founder, and Front-End Developer to translate requirements into elegant, usable designs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full design process—from user research and wireframes to polished UI and design systems. You will be the Solo person responsible for developing user-cantered designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for desktop and web applications
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across platforms
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience designing web and/or desktop applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Strong attention to detail and visual polish
• Background from Creative Design/Graphics Design/ Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media

Nice to Have

• Experience designing SaaS
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
