UK Payroll Delivery Manager

Must-Have - Comprehensive Knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation, Expertise in Payroll Systems & Technology, Team Management & Mentoring, Project Management, Customer Management.


Good-to-Have - Third party vendor management


Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:


1 Oversee payroll processing for UK employees, including RTI submissions and year-end reporting (P60, P11D)
2 Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and GDPR.
3 Stay updated on UK payroll laws, IR35, statutory payments (SMP, SSP), and pension auto-enrolment.
4 Manage and mentor payroll teams, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
5 Work closely with HR, Finance, and external bodies (HMRC, pension providers).
6 Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
