Job Overview

We are looking for fresh graduates in IT or BBA who are eager to start their career in Sales & Business Development within the IT services industry.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, client acquisition, and IT solutions selling. While this is an unpaid internship, interns will earn commission on every successfully closed deal, providing a strong earning opportunity.

High-performing candidates will be considered for a permanent position based on their results and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for IT services and solutions
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls and visiting customer sites.
  • Assist in pitching services such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud, IT support, Web dev,App Dev and social Media packages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support proposal creation and sales presentations
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
  • Maintain records of leads, activities, and sales progress
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in IT, BBA, or related field
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and IT services
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in client interaction and outreach
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Basic understanding of IT services is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Office/Google tools preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Unpaid internship (3 months)
