Upseller (Digital Marketing Expert)

Mindwave Software House is seeking a results-driven Upseller with deep expertise in SMM, PPC, and Digital Marketing — someone who can strategically identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Upselling Expertise: Identify opportunities to upsell web and design services to both existing and potential clients

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Sales Execution: Strategically plan and execute upselling techniques to meet or exceed monthly targets

Market Insight: Stay updated on web and design trends to present innovative, value-driven solutions

Effective Negotiation: Close sales through smart, mutually beneficial negotiation

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, upselling activities, and performance metrics

Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in upselling or digital marketing roles

Strong understanding of SMM, PPC (Google & Meta Ads), and client acquisition strategies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue goals

Shift: Night (9 PM – 6 AM)

Location: Onsite – Tariq Road, PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Experience: 4–6 Years
