We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in expanding our agency by securing new clients and winning projects through Upwork.

At Exa Management, we partner with Amazon FBA brands and agencies to manage their brand operations, catalog optimization, creative content, PPC & marketing strategies, financial monitoring, customer service, risk management, and compliance. Our mission is to deliver measurable results by boosting visibility, driving conversions, and helping our clients scale with confidence.

Role: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Location: Township, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, research, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Write tailored, persuasive proposals to maximize client conversions.
• Communicate with potential clients in a professional, client-focused manner.
• Collaborate with management to align proposals with service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, leads, and conversions.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets for proposals and successful acquisitions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong ability to recognize high-potential projects and craft winning proposals.
• Knowledge of Amazon, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused individual.
