Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting well-crafted proposals, and managing communications to secure new projects through Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Write customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure project requirements are clear.
• Maintain daily bidding and lead generation reports.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Upwork Bidder or in online sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good understanding of IT services, web development, and digital marketing.
