Upwork Bidder

• Search for relevant projects daily that match the company’s services (e.g., web development, design, marketing, etc.)
• Write and submit professional proposals to potential clients.
• Communicate with clients through Upwork chat or video calls to understand their requirements.
• Negotiate project terms, budget, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (like developers or designers) to ensure the project can be delivered.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads who haven’t responded yet.
• Help close deals and bring business to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
