We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, writing persuasive proposals, and winning new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Write customized, compelling, and well-structured proposals for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain and update a database of bids, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to create accurate project estimates and strategies.
  • Achieve monthly bidding and lead conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Understanding of IT, web development, e-commerce, or digital marketing projects.
  • Ability to identify high-potential leads and build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
