Job Summary

We’re hiring a proactive Online Bidder Specialist who loves turning cold leads into signed projects. Your mission is simple: bring in revenue by finding high-intent opportunities and winning them on Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, and Amazon (SPN & Bidding Console).

If you know how to spot quality leads fast, write proposals that get replies, and handle client conversations until the deal closes; this role is for you. We offer a stable, long-term opportunity with clear KPIs, growth path, and performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Hunting & Qualification (Daily)

  • Search and shortlist relevant jobs daily on Upwork, Freelancer, Bark, and Amazon service platforms
  • Filter out low-quality leads and prioritize high-budget, high-conversion opportunities

Amazon Bidding / SPN Focus

  • Manage Amazon SPN / Bidding Console activities (service listings, buyer requests, responses, follow-ups)
  • Secure projects through Amazon’s service ecosystem (1+ year required)

Proposal Writing That Wins

  • Write custom proposals (not copy-paste) tailored to client goals, pain points, and timelines
  • Position company strengths with clear outcomes, scope, and next steps

Bid Strategy & Follow-ups

  • Bid on multiple projects daily with a strategy (budget, probability, niche fit)
  • Consistent follow-up to increase reply rate and conversion

Client Communication & Deal Closing

  • Understand requirements, ask smart questions, and clarify scope
  • Negotiate confidently and close projects on favorable terms

Profile & Portfolio Optimization

  • Improve profiles, tags, portfolios, and service catalogs for better ranking/visibility
  • Maintain platform professionalism and credibility

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track bids, replies, conversions, revenue, and learning insights
  • Share weekly reports with what worked, what didn’t, and next actions

KPIs

  • Monthly projects closed
  • Monthly revenue generated
  • Proposal reply rate
  • Interview-to-close conversion rate
  • Daily/weekly quality bids submitted
  • Pipeline health (active leads + follow-ups)

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years experience in online bidding on Upwork / Freelancer / Bark
  • 1+ year hands-on experience in Amazon SPN / Bidding Console
  • Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong proposal writing with a client-first tone and structure
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, tracking sheets, and productivity tools

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Business / IT or related) — preferred

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Understanding of Amazon FBA, digital marketing, web development, or design
  • Experience with lead generation tools & outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with Trello, Asana, Microsoft Teams, or CRMs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
