Title: Upwork Bidder

Are you great at writing winning proposals and building client relationships online? We're looking for an Upwork Bidder to help us grow by identifying and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

What You’ll Do:-

Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms.

Analyze project requirements and customize bids accordingly.

Communicate with leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Work with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion goals.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, web/app development, or design.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
