Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Islamabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

Bid on Financial Consulting projects on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Formulate and implement bid strategies to acquire new projects and opportunities.

Craft compelling and strategic proposals tailored to client requirements.

Generate leads through effective email marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.

Identify and explore new avenues for lead generation and business development.

Guide the company management on implementing new sales channels for Financial Consulting projects.

Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and processes, specifically projects.

Requirements:

  • 2+years’ of industry-related business development experience with an Accounting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of Linked advertising including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe.
