Experience: 1-2 years in Business Development (Upwork/Fiverr & Relevant)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify: Identify and target high-value projects on Upwork.
  • Proposal Development: Craft persuasive, customized proposals that effectively communicate unique value propositions and secure client engagements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term, positive client relationships through consistent communication, transparency, and exceptional service.
  • Project Negotiation & Execution: Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and guarantee the on-time delivery of high-quality work.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor bidding success rates and key metrics to analyze trends, refine strategies, and maximize return on investment..

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding and project acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
