Upwork bidder Senior

Red Star Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to lead client acquisition efforts, develop winning proposal strategies, and manage a consistent project pipeline. The ideal candidate has a proven track record on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr and is skilled in building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate high-potential projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
• Create and submit tailored, persuasive proposals to secure new projects.
• Handle client communication, ensuring clarity on requirements and expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Track and maintain records of bids, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Support and mentor junior team members to improve overall bidding performance.
• Review bidding performance and optimize strategies to increase success rates.

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of relevant experience on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to write effective and conversion-focused proposals.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Self-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
