We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder with at least 2 years of proven experience in acquiring projects related to Web Development, Web Design, and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of the bidding process, and the ability to identify and convert high-quality leads (MQL → SQL) while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Write personalized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements.

Understand client pain points and propose strategic web or marketing solutions.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare estimates, timelines, and deliverables.

Maintain consistent communication with potential and existing clients.
-
Track leads through the complete sales funnel (MQL → SQL → Closure).

Analyze bidding trends and success rates to optimize strategy.

Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, design trends, and digital technologies.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding with a strong record of closed projects.

In-depth understanding of Web Development, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing.

Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

Knowledge of lead qualification, MQL–SQL process, and sales pipeline management.

Familiarity with tech stacks such as WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, React, Node.js, etc.

Strong ability to create clear, persuasive, and customized proposals.

Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
