Job Title: Upwork Bidders (Night Shift)

Location: Lahore (Onsite preferred, Remote option available)
Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring 2 Upwork Bidders to join our business development team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in bidding on Upwork, generating leads, and securing projects. This is a great opportunity to grow with us, as both salary and commission will scale over time based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Write customized and effective proposals on Upwork.
• Identify suitable projects and bid strategically to win clients.
• Communicate with international clients professionally via chat and calls.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of bids and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work the night shift (to match international clients).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Prior experience in IT/software bidding is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PKR/month
• Commission on successful projects.
• Salary & commission will scale with performance.
• Both remote and onsite options available (onsite preferred in Lahore).

Shift Timing:

• Night shift (exact hours to be shared during the interview).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
