Upwork Bidding Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Upwork Bidding Manager to generate business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in winning projects, handling client communication, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals
  • Communicate with potential clients and handle negotiations
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Maintain and update company profiles and portfolios
  • Track bidding performance and maintain sales reports
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project scope and requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or online sales
  • Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services, web development, SEO, or digital marketing
  • Ability to meet monthly sales/revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing multiple Upwork accounts
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and other lead generation platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
