Role Description

This is a Part-time Night Shift on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan, for an Upwork Bidding Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential projects on Upwork, preparing compelling proposals tailored to client needs, and fostering client relationships to secure projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing job postings, crafting professional bids, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver high-quality results. The candidate will play a vital role in increasing business opportunities and revenue through strategic utilization of the Upwork platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in proposal writing, job posting analysis, and client communication
• Strong research and analytical skills for identifying viable and high-value projects
• Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and online platforms
• Prior experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms is highly advantageous
• Effective negotiation, relationship-building, and proper time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their functionalities is a plus
