Hiring: Upwork Bidding Specialist (Tech Background)

What you will do:

• Bid on relevant projects on Upwork (focus: tech).
• Communicate with international clients professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements.
• Convert leads into long-term clients.

What we are Offering:

• Salary: 70,000 PKR
• Commission: 2–3% on every client closed

Timings:

• 12 PM – 4 PM (In-Office)
• 11 PM – 3 AM (Remote)

What we are looking for:

• Background in development/tech (must-have).
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• Prior experience with Upwork bidding preferred.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Result-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
