Upwork Closer / Client Conversion Specialist (Animation Agency)

Job Description

Keach Technologies is seeking a confident and results-driven Upwork Closer / Client Conversion Specialist to convert warm Upwork leads into high-value animation projects. This role is perfect for someone who can quickly understand client needs, structure project scopes, and close deals while maintaining excellent client satisfaction and strong platform performance.

You will manage client conversations once a lead responds, oversee the sales process from first contact to closing, and collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of warm Upwork leads and initiate client conversations
• Understand client goals and recommend appropriate animation solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Negotiate pricing and close high-ticket animation deals
• Guide clients through the hiring, onboarding, and kickoff process
• Maintain clear, professional communication to support a 95–100% Job Success Score (JSS)
• Set realistic expectations around timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
• Coordinate closely with animation and production teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Strong sales and client communication skills
• Proven experience closing creative or animation-based projects
• Solid understanding of animation processes, workflows, and deliverables
• Confidence in negotiation and objection handling
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
