Job Title: Upwork Expert / Business Development Specialist (Remote)

Company: Agilifytech LLC

(A US-registered software company specializing in AI/ML, Web & Mobile App Development, Custom Software Solutions, and UI/UX Design.)

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Expert to build and scale our Upwork presence from the ground up. The selected individual will be responsible for developing a winning strategy, managing proposals, optimizing our profile visibility, and securing high-value projects consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and optimize our Upwork Agency Profile for maximum visibility and conversion.

· Research, identify, and bid on relevant projects in AI/ML, Web/Mobile App Development, and UI/UX domains.

· Write and submit winning proposals with strong technical understanding and persuasive communication.

· Manage communication with leads and convert them into long-term clients.

· Track performance metrics: response rate, hire rate, conversion ratio, and project value. Suggest improvements in portfolio presentation, case studies, and pricing strategy.

· Work closely with internal sales and tech teams to align project scopes before submitting proposals.

Requirements:

· Proven experience managing Upwork profiles from scratch with measurable growth (please provide portfolio or profile links).

· Strong knowledge of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and client engagement techniques.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Ability to understand and pitch software development projects effectively.

· Self-driven, performance-focused, and able to deliver consistent weekly results.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with tools like Upwork Tracker, Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

· Understanding of Agile software development and technical proposal writing.

· Experience generating $10,000+/month in Upwork contracts for previous clients or companies.

Compensation:

· Base Salary + Performance Bonus (based on milestones such as total Upwork revenue closed).

· Open to flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
