Upwork Leads Generation Expert

Webbuggs is looking for a results-driven Upwork Lead Generation Expert who can consistently generate qualified leads through Upwork and support our business growth. The ideal candidate should understand the Upwork marketplace and have strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through Upwork on a daily basis
• Identify relevant projects and clients based on company services
• Analyze job posts and shortlist high-potential opportunities
• Maintain and update lead records and client data
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales team
• Ensure consistent lead flow to meet monthly targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in Upwork lead generation
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, filters, and bidding strategies
• Ability to identify genuine and budget-qualified clients
• Good written English communication skills
• Familiarity with IT services (Web, App, Software, Game Development preferred)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with software houses or IT agencies
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
