Upwork Sales Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 65,000 per month + 5% Commission
Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork that match the company’s services.
Prepare and submit customized proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and project scope.
Handle initial client conversations and build professional relationships.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.
Achieve a monthly sales target of $3,000 to $5,000 in project value.
Maintain proper records of bids, conversations, and project opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, web design, and SEO services.
Ability to handle client communication and convert leads into projects.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work during night shift hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Age below 25 years.
Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple proposals daily.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
