Upwork Specialist / Upwork Bidding Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Upwork Specialist to help us secure high-quality projects and manage client communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client handling with a strong ability to close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and maintain our Upwork profile for better ranking & visibility.
• Search for relevant jobs and write customized, winning proposals.
• Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and convert leads into projects.
• Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Track proposal success rate and report performance regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Specialist / Bidding Expert.
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, profile boosting, and connects strategy.
• Excellent English writing & communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements (Web Development, Design, Digital Marketing, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Compensation:

• Fixed Monthly Salary (based on experience).
• Attractive Commission on each closed deal (percentage-based).
