Urgent Hiring - Civil - QS

· Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

· Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and the client.

· Scrutinizing, maintenance, and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

· Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

· Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

· Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

· Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

· Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

· Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

• 3 + years of experience in the relevant field.

· Experience in Working on High Rise office – multi apartment buildings.

· Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, management, or similar.

· Good Knowledge of building and construction in MEP and Civil domain required.

· Sound knowledge of construction.

· Valid Bahrain driver's license.

• Good communication skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 - BD550.000 per month
