Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and seasoned US Accounting and Finance Manager to become a key part of our growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and delivering strategic insights to support business decisions. Your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings with full compliance.
• Manage A/P, A/R, and cash flow using QuickBooks and Bill.com.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across client entities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience managing U.S. financial accounts.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Paychex, and Bill.com.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
